Simple Korean salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Sliced cucumber
  • 1-2 small green chillies cut into three pieces (seeds remove)
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar / white vinegar
  • 1-2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 red chillies powder
  • 2 green portion of spring onions

Cooking Instructions

  1. Slice cucumber into thin around.
  2. Mix soya sauce, rice vinegar/ white vinegar, sugar, black pepper powder in a bowl, pour above dressing with cucumber into a bowl add green chillies mix.
  3. Add red chillies powder and sesame seeds mix and taste add more chillies powder, if you like.
  4. Add chopped green onions and mix, keep it for 10-15 mins and serve immediately.
