Ingredients
- 1 Sliced cucumber
- 1-2 small green chillies cut into three pieces (seeds remove)
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar / white vinegar
- 1-2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 red chillies powder
- 2 green portion of spring onions
Cooking Instructions
- Slice cucumber into thin around.
- Mix soya sauce, rice vinegar/ white vinegar, sugar, black pepper powder in a bowl, pour above dressing with cucumber into a bowl add green chillies mix.
- Add red chillies powder and sesame seeds mix and taste add more chillies powder, if you like.
- Add chopped green onions and mix, keep it for 10-15 mins and serve immediately.
