Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1/2 cabbage
- 1 small carrot
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 green chilli
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp oil
Cooking Instructions
- Start by chopping all the veggies. Cut apple and tomatoes into slices, chop cabbage thinly, peel carrot with a peeler and green chilli into small pieces
- For the dressing, in a bowl add oil and soya sauce and chilli sauces.
- Add the sesame seeds and mix well until the oil won’t separate.
- Add the chopped veggies to a bowl, add 3-4 spoons of dressing and mix using a fork.
- Plate the salad and it is ready to serve
