Ingredients
- 4 large carrots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp korean salad spice mix
- 1 tbsp apple vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Cooking Instructions
- Grate the carrots (mandolin slicer is the easiest)
- Add the mashed garlic, spices and seasonings
- Keep in fridge for a couple hours
