Korean salad

Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp korean salad spice mix
  • 1 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. Grate the carrots (mandolin slicer is the easiest)
  2. Add the mashed garlic, spices and seasonings
  3. Keep in fridge for a couple hours
