INGREDIENTS  

Crispy Tilapia Sticks Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 kilo tilapia use fillet
  • peanut oil for frying
  • chili sauce served on the side (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Make the coating: Mix the flour, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Dredge the tilapia fillet in the flour mixture.
  • Fry the fillets one by one in oil until golden brown. Remove from the pan and drain the excess oil using paper towels.
  • Serve with sweet chili or spicy chili sauce.
