Crispy Tilapia Sticks Ingredients
- 1 Cup Flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 kilo tilapia use fillet
- peanut oil for frying
- chili sauce served on the side (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Make the coating: Mix the flour, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Dredge the tilapia fillet in the flour mixture.
- Fry the fillets one by one in oil until golden brown. Remove from the pan and drain the excess oil using paper towels.
- Serve with sweet chili or spicy chili sauce.
