Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, capsicum and green chilies and Saute for a minute till onions are translucent. Now add tomatoes and cook on a slow flame for 2-3 minutes till soft. Keep on stirring continuously.
Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and chaat masala and cook for 30 seconds. If you are using lemon juice add that just before serving dish.
Add crumbled paneer and give it a good stir. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. Don’t overcook bhurji after adding Paneer as it becomes hard and chewy. Switch off the flame. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. serve hot with Roti, paratha, or Bread.
