FOR GARNISH

  • 1 tsp Chaat masala (to sprinkle while serving)
  • 1 tbsp Corainder leaves/Cilantro (to garnish)

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the Airfryer at 360F for 5-10 mins.
  2. Mix all the main ingredients except water.
  3. If needed slowly add water tbsp by tbsp, mix the ingredients so that the onions get nicely coated with the flour and spices.
  4. Now the mixture should be sticky when you touch with finger and just wet.

AIR FRYING

  1. Now place a aluminium foil in the air fryer basket. Grease the foil with oil.
  2. Now spread the mixture onto the foil into a single thin layer.
  3. spray the top of mixture with oil
  4. Fry the pakora for 15 – 20 mins at 400F ( or as needed) .
  5. Half way remove the foil and let the pakoras fry on the basket itself, this makes the pakoras more crispy.
  6. Once pakoras are crispy, take them onto a plate. Sprinkle garnishing ingredients and serve hot with Ketchup or Chutney.!!
