Air Fried Jalebi from Soya Flour 

Ingredients

  • 100 gms soya flour
  • 100 gms puffed rice
  • 6 tsp erythritol
  • 1 pinch orange food colour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 4 cups water
  • Circular nozzle in piping bag to drop mixture on baking try

Cooking Instructions

  1. Take a blender. Add soya flour, puffed, rice, salt, colour, 1 tsp ghee & 2 cups water. Add water slowly by keeping a check on consistency. Blend into a smooth paste. Set aside for 15-20 mins. If mixture dries, little water can be added for consistency to be neutral enough (neither too hard nor too solid).
  2. Take a baking try. I used a square cake mould. Fill nozzle bag & create rounds. Apply little ghee on top & bake in air fryer for 7 mins @ 160 degrees. Then for 3 mins on 180 degrees.
  3. Make syrup using 2 cups water & erythritol. Syrup should be sticky enough to glue yr fingers. Dip & soak baked jalebis for few secs. Serve piping hot
