Healthy Pumpkin-Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup plain full fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened and all-natural almond butter

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
